Customer Care Executive-Kuala Lumpur - Kepong

Responsibilities:

Making cold calls to prospective customers offering IT consumable products (mainly HP & Canon consumables) for both private and government sector.
Offering maintenance contracts, services or offering of hardware equipment like printers to potential customers.
Developing new key accounts to reach company's IT goals and target.
Execution of company strategies and campaign.

Requirements:

SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
Indoor sales experience in selling popular IT products such as hardware equipment and toner cartridges or maintenance contracts would be an added advantage
Experience in Customer Service/Telesales/Telemarketing is also preferred

Job scope : to activate 2,000 existing prospects and to acquire new key corporate customers by telephone calls.
Those with experience in IT Marketing or IT Service marketing is preferred
Flair in building rapport and relationship with clients
Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Female applicants preferred
Applicants must be willing to work in Kepong
