Customer Service Executive (November Intake)-Up to RM3100-(Kuala Lumpur - Menara TM, Bangsar)

Responsibilities:

Deliver world class 24 hour one-stop customer service via phone and providing one stop service in a consistent and professional manner
Handle sales & services enquiries
Handle all inbound calls billingually and effectively
Ensure diligent follow up and fulfill promises made to customers
Ensure all referrals are updated in timely manner and monitor for closures
Acquire new business by proactive tag-on’s arising from inbound calls

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English.
Diploma holders with At least 2 year(s) of working experience as customer service in Call Centre
Degree holders with or without experience are encouraged to apply
Able to work on 24/7 rotation basis
Able to start work in November 2012
