Social Media Team Leader-Selangor

Responsibilities:

As a Team Leader, the role is a very hands-on proactive one and will require great leadership qualities and time management skills; you will be the direct report of the agents in your team and will be able to assist them in all aspects of their roles.

You are responsible for the overall performance of your team with a strong focus on the operational performance of individual agents. As such you will be able to supply all required knowledge on an adhoc and structured basis.

Responsibilities include the monitoring and managing for performance of all KPI's including reporting and other metrics. By providing training, coaching and expert advice your team members will exceed all targets set for them. By analyzing data from multiple sources you will find areas in need of improvement and provides this through process improvement and staff management.

Requirements:

Proficiency & comprehension of local languages to be supported
Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills with the ability to communicate correctly and clearly
Sound analytical problem solving skills; linear and logical troubleshooting skills
Proven experience managing operations, people and processes
Demonstrated understanding of contact centre functions and interdependencies
Ability to interpret and manage by data
Strong demonstrated Internet navigation skills
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
