A. Assistant Vice President, Change Management-Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

Design and formulate the organizational Change Management plan for the organization.
Drive the Organizational Change Management within the organization to ensure all employees are ready to embrace change.
Lead changes of culture, approach, systems and processes within Pos Malaysia, as a result of which staff at all levels retain “ownership” of the change initiative outcomes Provide direction and guidelines to the team on the effectiveness of methodologies and strategies.
Conduct change analysis, change planning & execution, stakeholder analysis, communication and change agent network.
Driving and building relationship between, management and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

Degree in Communication/ Mass Communication/Business Management.
Minimum 8 years experience in Change Management and Communication.
At least 3 years experience in Leading Change Management initiatives.
Excellent leadership and communication skills and ability to interact well with all levels.
Proficient in computer skills.
Proficient in English & Malay language, in both written and verbal communication.

B. Project Manager Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

To assist the Chief Operating Officer and Strategic Initiative Leader (SIL) in managing and executing all related strategic initiative with the objective to create strategic business advantages for the Company
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support the project business goals
Translates project requirements into project objectives and tasks
Develop supporting documentation and detailed project plans including, but not limited to project charters, scope statement, statement of work, the project plan and schedule, project budgets, resource management plans, risk management plan, quality management plan and the project communication plan
Develop and deliver tender documents, evaluation criteria, progress reports, proposals, presentations and contract negotiation
Lead project team and sub-teams to achieve the project goals and deliverables as defined in the Scope Statement
Maintain, adjust and update project plans as needed
Track and manage project tasks, issues and risks
Single point of contact for all project activities
Identify and resolve issues that may impact project performance
Manage the project and take ownership for the success of the project and/or client satisfaction
Ability to work with local and remote or virtual project teams
Conduct team meetings, identify actions, schedule team activities, resolve issues and distribute meeting minutes
Accountable and responsible for project performance against the project plan
Work with 3rd party suppliers, vendors, or consultants as needed to integrate their contribution into the project and achieve project objectives

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering, Computer Science/IT, Logistic/Transportation, Technical or equivalent.

Required skill :

MsProject
PMP certification would be an advantage
Experience in Logistics, Engineering or Construction environment will be an advantage
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Capable of working in cross functional or matris organization
Ability to work independently
Strong problem solving skills
