Customer Service Executive-MYR 1500 - 2500, Kuala Lumpur - Desa Petaling

Responsibilities:

Handle calls and case for services;
Solve customers’ problems and complaints;
Schedule and make appointment/follow-up calls to customers;
Prepare reports and analysis on calls /complaint receive for the month;
Handle sales order processing, fulfillment and product delivery process promptly and efficiently;
Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification;
1-2 year' working experience in customer service;
Must be able to speak excellent English and Cantonese/Mandarin;
Ability to solve complex problems;
Excellent Interpersonal Skills;
Good telephone and computer skills.
