In line with our rapid business expansion, we are now seeking diligent team players to join our Kuala Lumpur Office at Ampang as:

Customer Service Specialist-Selangor - Ampang

Responsibilities:

Interact with customers by way of phone, email and fax to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective or existing customers
Process customer orders that are placed by phone, email or fax
Assist customer effectively by solving disputes
Check jobs inquired and update customers on their status
Input data for delivery order (eg. Replacement/Complimentary/Bonus goods)

Requirements:

Minimum Form 5 or SPM holder
At least 1-2 years related work experience preferably from the optical trade/industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills, bilingual in English and Chinese.
Strong problem solving skills; can handle stressful and difficult situation with tact.
Detailed orientated and work with high level of accuracy
