Serviced Office Executive/Asst. Manager-Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

Able to handle local and overseas clients
Able to manage business centre operations
Able to handle multiple vendors
Good customer service skills
Honest and Hardworking
Able to work as a team
Responsible and accountable
Punctual
Able to speak English, Malay and Mandarin to liaise with clients
Build good relationship with customers
5 day week
City area
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

Strictly only valid pass holders, Permanent Residents and Malaysians need apply
SPM,STPM, Diploma, Degree
Able to liaise fluently with English/Mandarin/Malay speaking clients
Good English language skills
Possess a pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills
Dynamic, independent, honest, reliable and responsible
Require minimum supervision to accomplish job assignments
Must show initiative and great willingness to learn
Possess good analytical skills and able to offer solutions to problems
Potential candidates has opportunity to travel to Singapore for job training
