Our client, dealing with Data Management Solutions for mobile computer system / barcode scanner system is currently looking for a dynamic:-

Call Center Executive-MYR 2200 - 3500 + Performance Bonus, Kuala Lumpur - Jalan Kuchai Maju

Responsibilities:

Be the first contact point for customer needing after sales services by managing all inbound calls.
Clearly identify and document customers requests and complaints on technology related issues.
Resolve customers requests based on company specific Service Policies & Procedures.
In case of requirements, escalate to Helpdesk Support Team, Technical Team or Soluion Team with relevant diagnosis and documents.
Comminicate and coordinate between customer and internal departments.

Requirements:

Preferably Chinese speaking female applicants
With minimal technical background (first level of problem solving), IT helpdesk
Degree / diploma in computer science, electrical and electronics engineering or equivalent.
With 1 to 2 years of working experience in related field.
Good verbal & written communication skills.
Strong customer service background with good telephone etiquette.
Ability to work independently as well as a team member.
