JOB VACANCY Concierge Officer-Kuala Lumpur

APM Premier Project Management (M) Sdn Bhd is a property management company wholly owned by ARA Asset Management Limited; an Asian real estate fund management company focused on the management of real estate investment trusts ("REITs") listed in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia; and private real estate funds.

We are forming our Malaysia subsidiary and are looking for dynamic individuals, who are able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, sharing our drive and passion, to join us as:

Concierge Officer-Kuala Lumpur - Mont Kiara

Responsibilities:

Must be pleasant and confident service ambassador that assist in customer enquiries and needs, with prompt actions and excellent service demonstrated.
Ability to perform administrative and transactional work with minimal supervision.
Possess strong situational management skills. Ability to handle customers' complains and feedback well.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customers' enquiries and resolve complaints

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
Required language(s): English.
Passionate about customer service.
At least 2 year(s) of similar experience.
Possess initiative, independence and with a positive working attitude.
Possess own transport and able to work in shift.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills is essential.
Applicants must be willing to work in Mont Kiara.
