In line with our organisational growth, we are seeking for an independent, dedicated and qualified professional to join us as a:

NUTRITIONIST (Job Based at Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

- Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions to develop and implement dietary-care plans and provide nutritional counselling for individual(s).
- Confer with doctors and other health care professionals to coordinate medical and nutritional needs.
- Counsel individuals on basic rules of good nutrition, healthy eating habits and nutrition monitoring to improve their quality of life.
- Monitor food service operations to ensure conformance to nutritional, safety, sanitation and quality standards.
- Coordinate recipe development and standardisation and develop new menus for independent food service operations.
- Organise, develop, analyse, test, and prepare special meals such as low-fat, low-cholesterol and chemical-free meals.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant function.
- Registered and licensed to perform duty as a Nutritionist.
- Experience in coaching and educating good practice of nutrition to individual(s) and the general public.
- Familiar in counselling patients with a wide variety of medical conditions including cardiac and vascular diseases.
