Customer Service Officer, Kuala Lumpur - Jalan Sultan Ismail

Responsibilities:

Handles in the best interest of both customer and company.
Interact with customer to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding loyalty program, products & services.
Handle customer's complaints by provide relevant solutions.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in call centre.
Preferably female Chinese.
Good in Ms. Word, Excel & Outlook.
Must willing to work on weekend based on rotation basis.
Position is on contract basis.
